Lake metro parks, Hell Hollow. It isn't officially clothing optional, but it is so little used that it works for me. What have other people found? Hugh.

i would love to see some get togethers in lake co. at peoples homes or swims like we have in rocky river. it is so hard to get to the ones farther away. i would love to host one at my house, but my wife doesn't go for the nudist lifestyle. she doesn't mind my involvement but says it's not for her. anybody have any ideas or interested in hosting some get togethers for us northeastern ohio nudists?

Tom I too am in your situation. There are others of us in Lake county. I tried the Heisley racket club but the fee was exorbitant. Have not tried contacting the health club in eastlake yet. Not sure as they have a liquor license. It would only work there if they are closed on sat nights. It would be great if we could find a home where the spouse is also a nudist and would welcome at least a trial gathering.

I am a closet nudist in Lake Co. I have not spoken with my wife about this yet. What is the best way to be able to be nude, and explain this to my wife at the same time? I don't think she's gonna think I'm weird or a pervert. I would want her to join me if she was comfortable with it. Do you know how to approach a spouse with this info?

Many men drag their reluctant wives to their first nudist experience only to find it is the wife who is more enthusiastic to attend the next meeting. Make sure that she knows that an event at an AANR affiliated club will be strictly non-sexual, and that most clubs (including ours) will allow a woman to wear a towel until such time as she feels comfortable to be nude.

There actually is nothing weird or perverted about our events, and the best way to prove it to someone is to come and see for themselves. Our club has a "Women in Nude Recreation" group. Go to our website and show her the WINR section. Then contact us by email to receive information on attending a swim.

How do i join and when can i find the closest place from dover ohio

The best way to join is to come to one of our swims. If you like the experience, then you can join there and then. From Dover, it is a 90 minute drive to a swim. Some of our members come much further than that!

I am basically looking for an outdoor area to get a line-free tan and don't want to get arrested. Are your swims outdoor and if not or are there other opportunities that I might use for tanning purposes? Thanks

Our swims are indoors on Saturday evenings, but during the summer we have various outdoor events. You would have no trouble getting a fine line-free tan!

I am looking for place to be nude in Cuyahoga/Summit county. Both my wife an I enjoy the freedom but we work different hours during the week. I am trying to find places that either of us can go during the week by ourselves or as a couple. Don't waste the enery to discuss Green Valley as they don't want singles there.

Where is Hell Hollow?

Hells Hollow is in Leroy off of Leroy Center Rd. Exit I-90 at Vrooman Rd. (south). Follow the Lake County Metropark signs. This is a huge, little used park with possibilities. I have not used this park nude, but would like to see comments from others who have.

Hi I am another guy in Lake County and my wife also is not into the nudist thing. I have not gone to one of your swims but am thinking of going during your massage night. I would love to meet couples around my age and just do some social nude events with them. It would be great to attend someone's house for a hottub night. Does this exist out there?

My wife and I live in Lake County, we happen to have a pool and hot tub and a few times throughout the summer enjoy the benefits of an enclosed backyard,(hard to get time without kids around) usually by ourselves during the day. Occasionly some friends join at night, after parties. We often joke about inviting some friends over for a bare as you dare gathering. Not sure how they would react. Maybe we should just go ahead and organize a gathering?

Good luck. It is a sad fact that most people have hang-ups about any nude activity, however innocent. By all means invite some friends over for a 'clothing optional' evening, then take the lead and see if anyone else joins in.

Come to one of our swim events and see how natural it is to be nude. You will make plenty of friends who won't be afraid to use your tub! We have a number of club events each year at members homes- maybe one day you'd like to host a party.

We are a young couple living in Stone Creek Ohio, also looking for other couples who are also interested in a weekly "Naked" night. We just like lounging around nude, playing cards, monopoly, twister, etc.

I'm no prude and don't have any problem with whatever consenting adults wish to do in their own homes. However, I would be suspicious that anyone wanting to play nude "twister" may have something on their mind other than good clean fun. This would not be acceptable at a Northcoast Naturists club sponsored event. Just so you don't get the wrong idea about the club's attitude, you certainly are welcome to attend our swims to see what we're all about (but, leave the twister game at home).
